Tsubaki Tower exceeded my expectations with its exclusive guest dining that offered amazing food selections and engaging activities suitable for both adults and children. The spacious balcony provided a fantastic view, making my stay even more enjoyable. The buffet dining experience was particularly delicious, and the wait staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit.
Housekeeping service was inconsistent, and there were issues with the sheets in my room.

modern, modern, modern
I stayed in the Camellia Club Room with Club Lounge Access, and it was fantastic! The facilities were lovely, especially the beautiful infinity pool and the sun terrace. The included food and drinks, and the big balcony offered fine views.

Spacious balcony with great views. Comfortable double beds for relaxing nights.
The pool had missing tiles, which posed a safety hazard. Our room's floor felt loose and made noise when walking. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly, with soap residue left on the floor. The minibar only got filled once, which was misleading given the hotel's advertisement. Additionally, a hefty $50 fee for family access to the pool was disappointing.

Our stay in the Camellia Club Room with Club Lounge Access was remarkable. Enjoying complimentary afternoon tea and buffet dinner made our evenings delightful. The friendly staff truly brightened our family’s experience, and the spacious balcony provided breathtaking views. Plus, the pools were pleasantly uncrowded. A short walk brought us to the beautiful Tumon Beach!

The Camellia Junior Suite offered an impressive view and a clean environment, showcasing the hotel’s newness. While the staff was mostly helpful, the pace of service at the lounge could be improved, especially during busier times. Enjoying access to the Nikko pool added fun to our stay, and the ability to stream Netflix on the room’s TV made for cozy evenings. The breakfast hash browns were a delicious highlight that shouldn't be missed.
